Welcome to Cyber Secure Learn. By accessing our IT security and literacy courses at cybersecurelearn.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any of our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Course Access and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our online course materials for your personal or internal business use.

3. Payments and Refunds

All course fees are due in full prior to access. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

Refund Policy:

Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of course content.
Partial refunds calculated on a pro-rata basis if more than 20% of the course has been accessed, less a 10% administrative fee.
No refunds will be granted after 60 days from the purchase date.
To initiate a refund, please submit your request via our refund request form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of non-compliance with these terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, are the intellectual property of Cyber Secure Learn and are protected by Swiss and international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cyber Secure Learn be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the courses.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
